DROGA LA SITUAZIONE IN ITALIA 1970 GIOVANI Orientati verso la cultura della droga e il vivere subito in un altro modo. LEGGI Un minimo di 3 anni e un massimo di 8 per ogni tipo di roba - marlhuana & eroina & cocaina & acido (LSD) - legali invece le anfetamine, i barbiturici, I tranquillanti e l'alcool. Detenzione preventiva: la realtà è che se qualcuno dice di te • è uno che fuma• rischi alcuni mesi in prigione aspettando il processo. Nessuna produzione underground. Vuoto. Arresti. AIUTO Non ci si può fidare di nessun medico: molti dottori pensano di essere obbligati a denunciarti alla polizia. Se si va in un ospedale, la mattina dopo si è in questura. PRIGIONE ARRESTI 1966: poche dozzine, morfina, cocaina, adulti, non più che negli anni 50. 1970: più di un migliaio in un anno, la maggior parte di loro per fumo o acido, la maggior parte per detenzione, la maggior parte giovani (800.000 fumatori di canapa in Italia nel 1968 secondo •L'Espresso•). Nel luglio del 1970 si potevano vedere sui muri di Milano, Italia, grandi mani– festi a colori.
